SubmitHub now turns away any track its detector scores 85% or more likely AI, pure or hybrid, from its paid promotion. Writing the lyrics or composition yourself does not exempt the recording, and there is no appeal. About 11% of last month's uploads crossed the line. Founder Jason Grishkoff says the detector is 99.4% accurate in a third-party test and the cut costs SubmitHub around 10% of revenue.

Volcano Engine added a draft switch to the Seedance 2.5 API on 22 September: preview at 480p, then render the chosen draft at native 1080p from its ID. Its own maths: a 5-second 1080p shot that takes four pulls costs 57% less and renders nearly twice as fast, and at one keeper in 20 the saving reaches 77%.
